1. Check In

14:00 You need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive. You can use the Special Requests box when booking.

2. Check Out.

No later than 12:00 the next day.

3. Need To Make Changes To My Reservation/Booking

If you booked through below sites, to make changes to your reservation, please contact the partner’s site with whom you booked. We consolidate below sites in one easy search; however, we cannot access your reservation information. Please click on the partner’s link below with whom you have booked with to make changes or inquire about your reservation.

4. Can I bring my pet?

Pets not allowed.

5. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

No- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms/villa. Cigarettes Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only. No Shisha is allowed in our villas outdoors or indoors.

6. Mode of Payments?

We accept payments on our website via credit / debit card.

7. Payments on partner sites.

Booking.com, Airbnb.com, Hotels.com takes your payment on behalf of the property for this stay. But ensure you carry the security deposit in cash for check in.

8. Cancellation policy

  • Our properties have a NO Cancellation policy.
  • All cancellations will be 100% charged.

9. What is the security deposit?

A security deposit of Rs 15,000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

10. Arrival time

Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

11. Do you require to submit any ID?

One Government ID is compulsory to submit and failure to provide a valid identity card might lead to refusal to check into the property. No refunds will be provided.

12. What is Goods and Services tax (GST)?

The government has clarified that accommodation having a declared tariff of a unit of accommodation of less than ₹7500 per unit per day, will attract Goods and Services Tax of 18% and accommodation above ₹7500 will attract Goods and Services Tax of 28%.

13. Our Refund Policy?

Refunds would be processed within 14 working days from the date of written acknowledgment from our reservations team.
